Moving out of my old house before I could move into the new place meant that I had to use self-storage for the first time, to store the majority of belongings for a 2 bedroom house. We all know that moving house is one of the most stressful things most of us do, but the calm, helpful and professional approach of Tracy and Chris at Viking Self Storage (Norwich) made the whole process stress free, both moving in and moving out again two months later. Viking Self Storage will definitely be my supplier of choice in the future, and I can heartily recommend them!

Excellent facilities and service, 24/7 access with no extra cost, really reasonable prices overall, friendly and helpful staff. I had no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of storage.

I have been with the Viking storage for more than a year and they gave been great in any aspect. Facility is secure, accessable and really user friendly, even down to terminating the contract, no fuss about it. Do I definitely recommend if you are in need of a small or big storage space. If I ever need it again will definitely be back.

I hadn't used storage facilities before, but Chris was excellent and helpful from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and fully.
The storage centre was modern, clean and well equipped. There was a good selection of trolleys which were easily manoeuvrable and could take huge loads.
The security was impressive and reassuring. We were moving away from the area, but would definitely use Viking again otherwise.
