Just popped in after an afternoon rehearsal, on the off chance they had a table for 1 - no prior reservation. They fitted me in and served my main within 10 mins. Great food, great service. Would recommend highly.

Front of house staff was very warm & welcoming. Service was excellent where all text book fine dining boxes where ticked. I and my friend felt very welcome and we now see why our other friends highly rate the restaurant.

The room temperature was decent with added heaters spaced around to ensure a warm vibrant environment. Surroundings where casual and non-threatening.

The Starters (Antipasti) where seasoned well with good combination of flavors. The main dishes where incredible in terms of the sauces which accompanied them. One was served with fries & salad but I personally think the meal was perfect as it is. The Deserts where above average and when we ordered Tiramisu its exactly what we got.

All food was prepared and cooked well and the waiting times where not even noticeable.

I believe the prices do match the effort put into the food but as a whole 3 courses for around £20 isn't bad for authentic Italian food.

I didn't get a full chance to explore the restaurant so I don't know about toilet facilities for wheel chair users however there was a lower ground floor section which could accommodate a physically disabled persons needs.

I personally have Autism and I found the place to be non-threatening towards my Autistic issues such as light sensitivity and sound sensitivity. The place gets a thumbs up in terms of accessibility for those of us who suffer from some form of mental health disability.

The only negative criticism I have is the matter of the small chairs which make big blokes like myself a little uncomfortable. Perhaps including some stronger chairs may encourage more bigger blokes to visit.

Overall in all the places I've been in Louth I rate this place 5 stars. I will visit soon.

We where in this Restaurant last night table for me, my girlfriend and 2 kids. Welcome really cold, was only few table in and we got sat next to the pillar and the front door was drafts. We order the drink and they came after 5 min, got the waitress with red hair and looked like she was the manager taking our food order, really cold, no smile and quiet rude,my kids where scared of her, my girlfriend was ready to walk out. We are nice Italian family and we been in the catering trade for many years and is absolutely no need to be really unfriendly and rude. The food was ok nothing special and pizza looked like frozen from supermarket and overall really poor experience def will not be back. We came here in Louth just for 4 night to our friend cottage from Newcastle just to have some quality family time and this Restaurant nearly spoiled so disappointed, the best is here to come. So we ask for the wifi password and the waitress reply sorry is for staff only really?
Then we did ask if we could have the kids ice cream on set menu we did order and again the waitress reply sorry the kids ice cream will come out with your main course again really?
Finally we did ask for the bill and because was pouring down we did ask if they could ring taxi for us and the lovely waitress again reply here are the list of taxi number please you ring them, so was 5 different numbers and only one answer and was wrong number, so we had to walk where the Turkish Head Pub is to stop the taxi ourselves.
So here are the overall experience
THE WELCOME IN RESTAURANTS ARE THE MUST IMPORTANT AS THE CUSTOMER SHOULD GET NICE WARM WELCOME AND SMILE SO COULD FEEL CONFORTABLE STRAIGHT AWAY AND WE DIDN'T SO IF YOU IN LOUTH AND FANCY NICE ITALIAN MEAL? DON'T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT COOK YOURSELF IS BETTER.
