As a loyal customer I had been using this car wash for over 1 year but never again..!!!
Just returned from having a new van washed £16.00 !!!! (£8.00 increase) informed staff I was not happy but they did not appear to care less.
Customer service skills lacking & their services have went down hill rapidly whereby I had to reclean areas which they missed.
Save your money & go elsewhere or buy a pressure washer as I have just done..
Will not be back again..!!
