  quick note - we're setup to have some extra phone lines installed on the 23rd... something weird is going on with the order at BT so our current phone line is playing up and they're not sure why - if you can't get through try again in 5 min and it normally works thanks, Alan :-)

  We've upgraded all our parcels to next day before 12am delivery now

  we're covering the extra charge ourselves so delivery is still £10 per 50lb of meat (for mainland UK, inbox us for other areas)

  pallets are still £40 for as much as you'd like stacked on it

  ...

  and free delivery for 1000lb or more

  Unique Photo Competition Winners.

  We would like to thank all our customers old and new for taking part in the competition, your time and your continued custom are appreciated.

  There were far too many great pictures, it gave us some insight into the many breeds and variation of dogs our customers have, some of the pictures even surprised us!

  A big thank you to all the staff yesterday for staying later than normal as we had a massive delivery yesterday which had to all be prepped, bagged off and frozen so we can keep up with our ever growing demand.

  We at the Tripefactory consider ourselves a team but also we are a family and in time of need we pull together.

  New Prices! We’ve been pushing hard for better salmon prices - we’ve finally agreed better prices so we’re passing the reduction on to you - our lovely customers

  Salmon Mince is now 60p/lb down from £1 Tripe+Salmon Mix is now 50p/lb down from 80p

  ...

  Tripe+Salmon mix was already popular at 80p so we’re expecting it to be really popular at 50p/lb. We’re hearing the same good things from people trying Tripe+Salmon mix as we do from people who’ve just changed over to raw – lots of reports of dogs with joint problems dramatically improving etc.

  (I can vouch for the joint pain improvements myself – one of my parents GSD has had hip dysplasia since they rescued him at 3 years old, he’s 9 now and was starting to struggle… a few weeks on tripe+salmon and he has a new lease of life (enough of an improvement that I didn’t believe it at first)
