Very difficult to get hold of.
Tried contacting on many occasions always number 2 in the queue..
Will not reply to emails, their chat never anyone there to chat to.
Best go somewhere else was informed the company has gone.

Paid £50 to send a £500 tool back for a refund as I ordered the wrong one and because it had dust on it they said it had been used and wouldn't refund. Paid another£50 to get it collected to return it to me and they wouldn't give DPD the parcel. Paid £500 for the tool, £100 postage and haven't even got the tool. Fuming! Poor customer service not the end of this!

I try not to post negative reviews, but have been very disappointed in my dealings with tools4trade I felt the web advert was muddled at best and in my opinion misleading. The advert suggests a Makpac case is supplied with the item, so I chose to purchase from them even though they were more expensive than other suppliers. They have proved intransigent and unwilling to budge through out an extensive email dialogue. My advice - probably an ok firm if everything goes ok but if there is an issue be prepared of an uphill struggle. I have given up over what is to them a tenners worth of case, they won’t see any more business from me.

I'd been watching this website for a few months, excellent prices for tool.
Decided to take the plunge and order a few items and 48 hours a neatly packed parcel came through DPD.
All new, all in original packaging and most importantly - ALL working!
Website seems to be down at the moment but I hope it is back up soon, would definitely buy from this supplier again.
