Went to book a holiday to Benidorm in June. The travel Agent that was dealing with our request, Sally, half arsed her job. When we had our initial meeting my daughter was not asked for her full name, assumed it was the same as mine. Never went through the full booking. So throughout the booking an email address was taken down wrong, daughter name, and address. Since the booking details had not been double checked, we then had to pay £65 to change the details, for details being taken down wrong.. well done!
