The Body Circuit is a fitness programme aimed at losing weight and improving your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and muscular endurance for all levels of fitness. The first session for new attendees is free, with diet information emailed to all new members free of charge. Sessions cost £4.00 per session thereafter. To lose weight, follow the diet and take part in the sessions, to get toned and a great physique, attend the training. Its that simple.
Sessions take place every Wednesday 7-8pm and Saturday 9-10am at Ladybridge High School, BL3 ANG.
Sessions are delivered in a fun environment were the aim of each session is to keep moving. If you do struggle with a particular exercise, don't worry, the instructors wont force you, or shout at you, do get it done. You will be encouraged to do something else your more comfortable with.
