What crap.service
We went there mid afternoon a few days ago. I couldn't give a review immediately because I was so angry with the poor level of service. I won't be going again even though I'm a regular Tesco customer..is too.much to ask that within 15 minutes of arriving SOMEONE would at least say hello! Not at this place. We were invisible

My mum wanted an upgrade and went to this Tesco mobile phone store. The guy who dealt with us, Toby, was fantastic. Efficient and dealt with any queries we had!
Very disappointed with the way I was treated here today. I am a Tesco mobile customer and wanted to early upgrade. This is something I have done before. This time I was so badly served that I walked out as the "assistant " would not take no thanks as an answer. He also told me " I was not interested " in something that I asked about.
Really not what I wanted. Be warned if this person serves you he will not listen to you. I walked out without an upgrade.

trying to contact the phone shop is not a good experience, they do not have a direct line, caller (me) has to wait for option 3 then no-one picks up. Wanting to spend money with Tesco Mobile, but will go elsewj=here, no wonder Tesco is losing market share.
And before anyone mentions 4455 or 4488 from our current mobile, been there, done that, even worse.
