I went for a meal 4 times now , and 4 times I could not eat it, I took my 3 boys ones they could not eat their dinner there, total waste of £47 won't be doing that again,

Good shopping experience for choice and availability. Sadly check out process was slow as operator appeared to be unaware of some basic procedures. Took far to long and was not busy.

Staff are very helpful and polite. The Restaurant Menu Selection is very limited. I have also applied for the Track Point Card 15 times in the last 2 years and I haven't received anything back at all

Do not use the hand scanner if your in a rush because even though it looks faster and convenient,

Very large store with opticians, cafe and click and collect counter.

Prices are generally very reasonable (not Lidl levels) with the exception of the video games which are badly priced. The same games can all be bought at a fraction of the price online from Amazon and similar.

Cafe located at the rear of the shop on the upper floor. It is clean, but the food is very average, however it is quite popular.

The lift and escalators to upper floor and trolley park at the base of the escalator, should the notion take you whilst shopping. There are toilets including disabled at the entrance doors as well as next to the cafe.

There is ample parking and 4 ATM's located outside adjacent to the entrance doors.

One stop shop but a little bit more dear on certain items. Some things it's best to get at pound stretcher or b&m etc! Do not use the hand scanner if your in a rush because even though it looks faster and convenient, it's not. The system uses a random item check and every time were there it pops up. The clerk comes scans 7 random items and while your being scanned and checked you see 3 or 4 people walk up to self service, scan there items and smerk as they started after you and finished before you.
