Description
Perfect way to get your child active, improve health and fitness, build confidence and improve self defence!
The classes will be every Monday and Friday and each course will run for 10 weeks!
The kids will learn basic martial arts and will be graded at the end of the 10 weeks!
Excellent to learn self defence, build confidence and increase agility!
** FREE TASTER LESSON FRIDAY 6th SEPTEMBER 4.15pm - 5pm **
First course date starts the following Monday, the 9th September.
£35 for the course if attending one day per week. £65 for the course if attending both days each week.
