  Horrible, Dr Kirkup is
  unwilling to help and VERY patronising. I will be seeking another surgery where the doctor is actually interested in the health of the patient. There have been several occasions where he has
  refused me help/medication and my health, both mental and physical have suffered.

  A very good surgery...never have to wait many days for an appointment, and found all the doctors I have seen friendly and supportive..

  Very unhappy with the service. Not being listened by the doctors. Felt ignored. As a pregnant woman with a serious back issues been prescribed paracetamol( seems like it's a golden source for every illness) and been told to " eat 8 tablets per day, if necessary"!! Being rejected to see specislist after giving birth. Waste of time

  Registration is a joke, this practice seems very disorganized. "Receptionist" seems to be some 18yo kid who is without any training and just improvise.

  Compared to my previous GP surgery this one was great - I finally felt like someone listened to my problems and let me see a specialist, too. Never felt dismissed. Unfortunately after a recent move I am back to my old surgery and I'm really starting to miss Summerside.
