  Would highly recommend storage world middleton! I personally dealt with Donna and she was very amicable and professional, she went above and beyond!
  Had great help moving my items and I know it is in safe hands.

  Amazing service from the guys at Storage World. So helpful and friendly and went above and beyond for me and my family. Would 100% recommend and if I needed to go back would do so in a heartbeat. Thanks guys.

  You have to load trolleys in the lift then walk up to press the button so forget it if you are old or disabled, I've never had to do this anywhere and I work in removals so I'm always in and out of storage facilities. Staff have absolutely no idea how to interact with people you would think they are prison gaurds rude and in your face especially the tall snowflake I am a removals person and have never been spoken to like this by anybody and my customers moved to another storage company as STORAGE WORLD put the rent up by double with no notice THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS I will not recommend this place INCONVENIENT RUDE AND EXPENSIVE

  Would highly recommend storage world in Middleton have used them for a couple of years and the staff are fantastic. Storage lots are always clean and tidy always have great communication couldn’t recommend enough. Would esp like to thank Alex and Anthony who has been my main contact over the years they are friendly reliable and extremely hard working and always willing to help. Wish all the team the best and if I ever need to use storage world in Middleton again I’ll be in contact.

  This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I want to especially thank Ellie for her patience and for going over and above board to assist with the moving. There was nothing more I could have asked of her to be perfectly honest. If tipping were allowed by your company I would have had to tip her for causing her to stay almost two hours after work hours! Thank you.
