Description
History of our church goes back to 11th century with remains of the original 1120 AD church being a part of the now inside south wall, the font and the old chest. In 1334 the Boydell chantry chapel was built on and incorporated into the church but can still be traced both on the outside and inside of the building with the original glass as a part of the Boydell window to date. Further develompent took place between 1520 - 1534 when the church was almost complete. The present tower was built around 1620 and final improvements were completed by 1873.
