  Not a typical BMW dealership where everyone is rushing around attired in a cheap suit trying to look busy but not actually doing anything. Specialist Cars exhibit old fashioned courtesy as if run as a family business with years of service to their customers.

  I've used the dealership to buy various parts four times now and each and every time I am greeted with a smile and great helpful customer service. The first time I was even asked to have a seat and help myself to tea or coffee but I just had a look around some of the cars in the showroom instead ! just brilliant. Exactly what I expect from a luxury brand.

  If you are thinking about purchasing a new or used BMW, I cannot think of a better place than Specialist Cars in Luton. The service received was exceptional and you could tell the team are rewarded for enhancing the customer experience rather than selling cars. The way Hee listened to our needs and then provided suggestions using his far superior product knowledge, exceeded our already high expectations. Hee ensured that all our questions were comprehensively answered, he walked us through different options, kept checking we were sufficiently refreshed with hot and cold beverages and not once did he push, steer or guide us into buying. Hee performed admirably and although BMWs are great cars, you have to like the person you are buying from too! In this day and age when you can go online and purchase just about anything, it's good to know that there are some dealers that still believe in good old fashioned, incredible service. Thank you Hee, Thank you Matt and thanks also goes to all the other members of the team that welcomed us into their dealership as guests rather than "punters". They say buying a car is second to buying a house for your stress levels and it can be a bit of a gamble when it comes to dealing with salespeople or dealerships. I am quite confident in saying, why take the risk, just go to Specialist Cars, Luton!

  Enough of a bad experience to be moving away from BMW after only having the car for 9 months! It is also still in warranty (2 years old), but I've now learnt that means nothing.
  
  I bought it straight from this shop and took it in for a service as it developed a terrible engine noise. In fact even BMW deemed it a 'fault'.. Sadly after a few patronising conversations insinuating i must have only just heard it and it would have always been there, they refuse to do nothing.
  
  DO NOT GO HERE - they drive a sale then leave you cold; from conversations with a few friends you will get a better service at other BMW dealerships.

  Terrible place that will stick in my memory forever and will cause me to hold BMW cars in disdain. Agreed to purchase a BMW 1 series however I had to cancel the purchase due to personal circumstances.
  
  I contacted their sales manager Ashley Wicks in order to ask for the return of my £1,000 deposit as BMW Luton were unable to provide me with the paperwork I signed proving that the deposit was not refundable. I in fact have not had any clear indication from BMW Luton that my deposit was non refundable, I've just been completely ignored.
  
  I have also tried contacting BMW directly but to no avail. Terrible place were the needs of the customer obviously take a back seat (no pun intended). Avoid these slime balls like the plague.

  Very bad after sale customer service. Please do not deal with this dealer. They are simply cunning. Find every excuse to cut cost. Always try to make it hard for customers and say that "this and that" is not covered under warranty. I would suggest existing customers to make sure to not give up, take their complaints to Consumer Protection Agency and you will be surprised.

  Greeted by name (spotted by receptionist driving in) clever. In for factory recall, no charges but car washed and vacuumed. Very smooth operation. Impressed.

  Fantastic service experienced. I brought my car here for it 1st Service and it was my first ever visit to this dealership too. I was greeted by name by the receptionist, which was a wonderful touch, showed that I was expected. At the Service desk the advisor explained what will happen, offered me refreshments and their Wi-Fi details while I waited for the work to be done. The work was done quickly and another advisor explained what work was carried out. I actually had to ask no questions, as more than sufficient information was given. The whole experience was effortless.
  This BMW dealership is now my preferred dealership to go to. They also informed me they are moving to a new site soon just off junc 11, which will be even easier to get too; looking forward to my next visit there. Thanks to everyone who worked on my car, washed it too and dealt with me today; it was actually a real pleasure and far exceeded my expectations.
