Staff all friendly and helpful, especially considering we had reserved a box months earlier than we actually ended up needing it. The whole storage building is clean and clutter free. Smart box made a stressful move easier.

Nice polite professional staff, who were very attentive and informative to our needs, even though they were busy. [Which in my opinion speaks volumes if they are like this whilst busy.] The site itself is clean secure and well maintained, all at very competitive rates. Highly recommended.
