  Women working behind the counter are very friendly and polite.But the man behind the counter is very rude ignorant as I was asking for some advice today.This is the second time this has happened to me l think he is the owner and needs to change his ways !!!

  Agree with some review. I think smile is in short supply here!
  It doesn't cost much to be 'SLIGHTLY' happy
  Got there 3 minutes. Before closing time and was turned away . Very rude people.
  I won't be going there again..
  We all should boycote .

  Very poor service by the owner - Tries to charge me incorrect postage even though I send 100s of the same item for a different rate at other more efficient Post Offices - Branch Standards need to retrain him!

  The only reason im giving 1 star is because it wont let you give zero!! The staff are very rude, un helpfull, and impolite. And i personally dont feel like they are capeable of cracking a smile!! Ive often been told to hurry up even when store was empty or they have tried not to serve 10-15 minutes before they close. The only reason i use this branch is because i live down the road and getting a buss to town all the time is in convienient. Worst branch in derby

  The staff are rude, unhelpful, unfriendly, and a couple of times have tried to charge extra for posting parcel when I knew the exact cost. One of the staff told me I couldn't use my mobile phone whilst being served! No customer service skills at all - would never use them again. Never seen them smile!
