  This is a real MRI. The mid to lower cervical vertebra are not moving properly. You cannot exercise this movement better. Movement of the cervical spine is literally brain food and is required for our brain to function properly. When we move our spine, in particular the cervical spine the brain lights up. An improperly moving spine therefore means we have an improperly stimulated brain. Chiropractors don’t make you smarter but they do make your spine move and a moving spine makes brain food. You can work it out!
