  Absolutely shocking treatment.
  My husband had surgery and was sent home with a limited amount of pain relief.
  I phoned and requested more medication and was told the request would be put into the doctor and that a prescription should be available to collect today.
  The surgery have declined the request until the doctor has spoken to my husband. Fair enough point...but 1) nobody bothered to inform us and 2) the doctor has ironically gone home so he has to wait until at least tomorrow.
  Complete joke!!!

  After attempting to get an appt for a 9 year old child today after 4pm, I was informed the 19 June. I informed that the symptoms did not constitute a day off school, although her symptoms needed checking out. Again I was informed either 11am today or the 19 June.
  Disgusted at the lack of concern for a child and also the absolute disregard that I would have to access the Gp unit, which is there solely for emergency appts in an evening after surgery hours.
  This surgery is one of the worst I have experienced. A formal complaint has been penned.

  Waiting weeks for appointments. Always waiting a long time after the appointment time before i get to see a doctor. However, the majority of the doctors and nurses are very nice.

  Terrible, Never actually seen a doctor in the past 2 years, i always get put through to a nurse and have never ever been prescribed with anything. After 2 weeks of being very ill i went to the hospital and they confirmed i was very sick, and put me on IV with antibiotics i was in the hospital for 5 days. This stupid nurse was just sending me away over and over refusing to give me any kind of prescription i dont know if she didnt like me or something. But these nurses do not seem very well trained. If they offer for you to see the nurse id decline.. its a waste of time. Its like they want you on deaths door before they even do anything. Spent nerly a month off work because of some stupid nurse who cant do her job properly. Anyone with half a brain could see i was very sick. I'm not going into detail incase this comes back to me and i get even worse care there in the future.

  Difficult to secure appointment, never actually seen my GP in past 2 years of being registered, once seen by a nurse during an acute asthma attack. Now when I am poorly with fever and bad asthma, I've been told that I'm no longer registered with my GP. I'm being repeatedly asked if I have changed address or GP (which I haven't). Looks like they would blame me for this goof up. Now been asked to register again (takes 2 weeks). Sadly can't access healthcare in a system that I work for :(

  Can't even get an oppointment... been trying for hours/days each time I get put in a queue of approx 10 people and a wait time of over 30 mins

  One of those new build health centres that provide a variety of medical services but in a very impersonal fashion. Feels a bit like a castle market. Very rarely get to see the same doctor twice and unable to build any sort of doctor/patient relationship.
