  Rang the Dumfries branch through call center number the agent tried 3 times but no reply in total I wasted 35 minutes trying to call this branch all I was told by the agent was he thought they were to busy to answer the phone

  Despite its large footprint, there is very little in the bank, with only a small run of service counters and two internal ATM's.
  
  Service is relatively quick, but always involves queuing. Given the size of the branch having any form of queue is unnecessary.
