Responsible Alcohol Service courses - Counter Measures is for pubs, clubs, hotels and licensed restaurants and Off limits is for off licenses. Both courses have been commissioned by 20 different Northern Ireland councils to date.

To maintain regulatory standards we offer a number of courses covering Food Hygiene / Food Safety & Health & Safety.
