Very helpful staff and not too bad to get an appointment especially for the practice nurse

The care I have received from two doctors at this practice has been exceptional. One in particular had been very understanding of my needs and there has been a very holistic approach taking into account my thoughts and feelings. I felt I had the support of both GPs during the lead up to my recent complex surgery.
I have since since a different dictionary who I didn't fund approachable at all and she actually made me feel very uncomfortable answer hadn't read my notes so I had to tell her a lot of information which could of been avoided. All in all though very good .
The receptionists do their best to help and aren't awkward at all they try their best to sort things out whether it's a referral or a repeat script. They are reliable and will phone back if they say they will. They are all down to earth and polite much better than the other medical centre further up the road.

Excellent Dr's. You can usually get an appoinment within a day or so. The receptionists are always professional and not rude like some other surgeries in Clifton. I see Dr Khayat or Dr Hegarty who are very professional, empathetic and have a very nice manner with the patient. I highly recommend this surgery to anyone who wants good care.

I have been attending this doctors for the last 5 years the staff and the doctors are friendly enough and the service is usually good, however last week I was sent a letter in the post with a date for an appointment as they needed to review a certain prescription I was taking I didn't remember making the appointment so I called and said I hadn't made the appointment they assured me I had after I advised them to check several times I believed them and thought it must have slipped my mind so I booked the time off work and attended the appointment. When I arrived I was advised their was no appointment for me and in fact a lady with a similar name should have received the letter I received and that the letter had been sent to me in error, now I can understand mistakes happen however after asking them to check on the phone several times and them confirming it was definitely appointment for me I was very unimpressed, I said to the receptionists that I had called in to double check it was my appointment as I didn't remember making it and they had assured me on the phone it was, it was definitely my appointment and I had definitely made the appointment and they just looked at me blankly and said oh sorry the other ladies gone in now (who's appointment it actually was) so theirs nothing we can do, I have to say it wasn't the most sincere apology I have ever had and considering the fact that they had breached date protection, then breached it again on the phone and then I had booked time off and rushed down their for an appointment I think they could have been a lot more sincere!
