I recently bought a Hyundai I30 N performance from this dealership. Firstly I responded to an advert on autotrader and with in a matter of minutes I had a response from their sales agents. I was then put in contact with a gentleman by the name of Gennaro Vitiello. Right from his first email and first phone call regarding a test drive, I knew I was in very good hands and felt really comfortable. Gennaro and the rest of the team were a blessing to work with. He answered all questions I had and went further in to detail to help me get a better understanding of everything. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to get a new or second hand hyundai. If you are fortunate like I was and get Gennaro to help you, I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. All the staff were amazing, I just dealt with Gennaro more so I had a better experience with him. Went with my younger sister to look at upgrading her car to a more reliable and sturdy model from the fiat she had. We were instantly welcomed by Matt who made us feel comfortable and was more than happy to answer any questions etc that she had. We went to have a look and have a valuation on our car. We approached a gentleman called Neville Chapman. As soon as we sat down we were totally at ease. Everything was explained to us very clearly and every question was answered with us having a clear understanding. The service was really good and we are really happy about the aftercare service.
