  Worked for a business in a small serviced office here. Looks great from the outside but inside is small, cramped (like a prison), smell of damp keeps coming back and other people in this building are rude. Parking around here is a nightmare and costs a fortune. Lucky for me the business I work for have now moved to a permeant office outside of the town centre. I've been to other Regus buildings which are great. Surprised Regus are happy to have their brand on this place. Not good

  I would encourage anyone considering taking an office at this Regus, not to do so. The service received so far has been appalling, with total lack of transparency around fees, billing dates, and frequency of payments.
  
  Within the first 20 days of being at the centre, I had just shy of £1000 taken out of my account across 3 seperate payments because of a 'pre-authorized card facility' that the centre had added me to without consent. This fee was for 1 single desk! Terrible.
  
  When I phoned their accounts team to seek an explanation as to why this had happened, they were incredibly unhelpful and didn't seem to want to correct their obvious mistake.
  
  They instead referred me to speak to the centre team, who then referred me to speak to their accounts team, who then repeated their previous advice... a ridiculous loop that ended up with me getting absolutely nowhere.
  
  So... my advice? Don't use Regus... at least not until they show more care to their customers, and work to fix the evident flaws in their system.
  
  The person that sold me the desk (Area Manager) has actively avoided owning up to his miss-selling of the desk space, and each time an issue was raised he would pass it on for someone else to deal with... this in my view is disgraceful. I have had conversations with 3 other members who have had identical issues to me, all of which go back to him showing that he cannot be trusted.
  
  I hope this review helps at least 1 person to decide against joining Regus.
  
  I would encourage you to look at 'regussucks.com' a site made by other regus members where they have shared their experiences such as not receiving their deposits, terrible customer service and similar issues to what I have had to endure.

  We worked from home before renting an office here and we couldn't be happier. The space is modern, the people that rent around us our lovely and the staff has been AMZING! Thank you for being so accommodating with us, keep up the good work.
