  Good for stop over before travelling through the tunnel. Friendly reception. Rooms will soon need renovating. Small TV with sound controlled! Not enough convenient plug points.

  Good position just out of the main town centre , MacDonald's next door . standard stuff really. No real problem's except......I popped in on the off chance to see if there was a room available to save me a long drive home late in the day to be told " I only have a disabled room " to which she started to laugh , I said I did not get the joke and could she please explain what was funny . she just said " some people find it strange or funny to stay in there" I asked what the difference was but she had no idea . I took the offer only to find the air-conditioning screaming its head of so of I went back down to exchange rooms . the receptionists sort of semi didn't believe me and then said " this is the only other disabled room we have so this is your last chance......" Having had a fairly relaxing day and up for a verbal joust I pointed out that if the air-conditioning was not screaming its head off in room 224 I would not have to go to room 124 so in actual fact room 124 was THEIR/ HER last chance of getting it right before I had to speak to the manager/head office/what I'm doing now and she looked at me with a blank vacant stare that only a boxer could give when lying on the canvas knocked out . having wasted enough time I went to the room and all was well . came to check out in the morning and another none grasping member of staff took my card off me to check out only to reply in the most Ashford of accents " according to my computer you checked out yesterday !" . I assured her I hadn't and it was definitely me standing there and that I swapped from room 224 to 124 due to the steaming air-conditioning unit . she replied " who did you swap with " I replied nobody , again she said " well who was with you and who did you swap with " again I told the sorry tale and she then said " no ! Who were you with! " I then explained you had two empty disabled rooms available , one had a screaming air con unit so I swapped to the other good disabled room , again a vacant stare reminiscent of a cow after having a captive bolt pistol applied , after an awkward silence she said " well never mind , have a nice stay.... " losing the will to live I pointed out it did matter because she could not grasp it and I won't have a nice stay as I am just leaving having spent the evening there . a bit of a nutty time to be honest but would not put me off staying there again .

  Clean, plenty of parking and there are loads of restaurants at the leisure park and a cinema. We had room 120 which was huge although looking in other rooms as we passed open doors we seem to have got lucky. Close to the motorway and ideal for a stop before or after a ferry from Dover. Breakfast in the Beefeater next door was excellent and cooked to order with continental included.

  Nice clean quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Great location as a starting point for further trips in the area. Restaurants in walking distance include KFC, McDonald's and Pizza Hut. There's also a multi-screen cinema.

  Clean and adequate. Hassle free and perfect for the tunnel. Rooms clean and fresh. We stay here every year. Would recommend.

  Good location for a stopover to the channel tunnel or ferry ports. Numerous food outlets available in the leisure park. Rooms are the usual high standard for Premier Inn, car park is monitored by hotel which is reassuring

  Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. TVs in rooms could be a little bigger, but otherwise a pleasant stay.

  Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, plenty of places to eat nearby and Cineworld is just a 5 minute walk away.

  Was not as clean as I would expect, dirty bed shèets And my bathroom bin overflowing with someone else's sanitary products . And there was a huge leak right outside my room. But the staff were very friendly and fixed all issues very quickly and professionally.
