Description
We are a friendly community of runners from Pocklington and surrounding villages. In fact, many of our members are from Market Weighton, Holme-on-Spalding-Moor and other surrounding areas. We meet every Wednesday at 6.30pm at Pocklington Rugby Club for a social run, with a variety of distances to suit all runners. We are always happy to welcome new members to join us on some of the breathtakingly beautiful social runs that we are lucky to be able to enjoy in our area.
Whether you are a novice or more experienced runner looking to improve or just looking to enjoy running with others, Pocklington Runners welcome you to come along and give it a try! You have the option of running in many of the national race events, but this absolutely optional. You may decide that you are happy to just join us on our Wednesday runs and make some new running friends. It's a great way to get fit, healthy and meet like-minded people.
