  Ordered the Pizza at 7:45pm, 1 hour 20 minutes later no delivery. I tried to call this branch for 20 minutes and it was engaged every time.
  
  In the end I decided to call the head off (very hard to find the number) and they tried to call the branch, guess what engaged. Guy on the phone was just as bad as this branch.
  
  If you want a refund you have to wait 6 days for it to be reviewed and investigated. Another 10 days before it is paid out to your bank if approved. He repeated this message 4 times to try and get me to change my mind.
  
  He said I could wait longer for the Pizza and could not tell me how long so I would have to reject the delivery if I wanted a refund.
  
  Pizza driver finally came with a an excuse that they only have two drivers. Not my problem I said, "is the Pizza cold" - "yes" he says, "do you want me to take it back". "Take it back please refund" - "ok I will tell the manager".
  
  Ordered from Dominos in Stanmore, it arrived piping hot in 24 minutes.
  
  The area manager from Pizza Hut could be on a backhander to allow this lot to continue with poor service, bad Pizzas and lack of communication - I will never buy a Pizza Hut Pizza again - Refund please ASAP.

  Their website states they aim to deliver within 30mins and their manager blamed traffic lights. He then hung up the phone on me and not willing to listen.
  
  Pizza quality was poor and cold.
  
  Delivery driver didn't care either when questioned on timing.
  
  Definitely WOULD NOT order from this location

  Their collection service (order placed online) is better than ordering via the phone as they rarely pick up. The staff also need to cheer up a bit.

  Pizza cold box was wet called up they said they will send me out new pizza with in 30mins not to eat the one they sent as had to give back

  i go to this place on a regular basis and for some reason it's gotten so much better recently, the service is quicker and the staff more polite. Definitely recommend great food and service. E x

  mix feelings about this place. Sometimes they are good, sometimes they are not. Food is the same, no errors but just staff needs to be a bit more polite.

  Freshly cooked food maybe the case but fresh pizza should be nice and hot. The majority of deliveries have been luke warm and slightly soggy at best. The drivers must have been ex rally since the cheese had gone all over the place and mishapen.
  
  Would I order from them again? I would rather eat my 4 year olds pretend play dough dinner.

  Awful. Just the worst. They don't answer the phone. Pizzas arrived after well over an hour ice cold and burnt. It isn't just a one off though. I was stupid enough to use them once before. There won't be a third time. This branch should close down.

  Worst experience ever!!! We placed an order for delivery, wrong pizza was delivered - they put chicken on our vegetarian pizza. When i called them, they couldnt care less. He said he will give me a free pizza next time and refused to replace this pizza. When we asked for our money back , he said we can come collect it ourselves. When my husband went to collect our money he actually refused to give it back!! We have never experienced such disgusting attitude from anyone before.
