-In-home or outdoor Personal training & group fitness classes based in south London
-1:1 training and specialise in fat loss (not weight loss) muscle building, toning, getting stronger and leaner.
-I also offer nutrition and complete health and well being advice.
-My main goal as your trainer is not just to achieve your goals and improve your fitness but to leave with the knowledge and tools needed live a healthy lifestyle without a trainer
