  Love this store and so does the pup. Great dog food options and nice place to give the dog a bath. It's always nice that the grooming staff remembers my dog.

  The shop itself is generally fine, though it can be a little pricey compared to other local pet shops. What let's this specific Pets at Home branch down is the utterly ridiculous car park layout. There is limited access in and out, and the flow of the car park causes a serious bottleneck when leaving the site. My recommendation is to visit in non peak hours, otherwise expect chaos.

  Lovely helpful staff, my daughter really needed the toilet but I couldn't take her anywhere, as I had my dogs. The lady at the tills said she would look after the dogs for me while I run next door. 😊

  Took a toy back to Bury St Edmunds shop and was served by a girl called Alix. I explained my 6 mnth old Cockapoo had played with his "row of sausages" for less than a minute when the nose came off and he nearly swallowed it. You could see from the toy it had not been played with and asked if I could change it. I also asked if they might review this item as not fit for purpose and might be dangerous for other dogs. Her reply was not I am sorry about that (even if she wasn't) but ..... "its a dog toy" she replaced it but not without attitude and apparent distaste. I pointed out that I worked a complaint department and that if my staff treated their customers like this I would be miffed but there was no apology she just carried on with the process and that was it. Whilst she replaced it she might have not bothered and just told me to stop wasting her time the result would have been the same. Alix think you might need a Customer Service refresher!!

  Poor service and strange pricing on tropical fish. Some were really cheap other we dearer than anywhere else. Staff not that helpful or interested to be honest

  Took puppy for a puppy groom fantastic staff at groomers, was looking for advice on food for the dog staff very knowledgeable
