  Had a lovely relaxing spa day with a massage. Customer service was brilliant, the treatment was perfect. I highly recommend taking sometime out to enjoy a spa treatment and spoil yourself! You won’t regret it

  My girlfriend and I went to Pavo Spa which we thoroughly enjoyed. Gosia & Karen were very polite, they explained everything well and the massages were great! I would have given 5 stars however there were children's swimming lessons back to back for a few hours which made it difficult to relax in the pool & hot tub however I think that's down to the hotel, not the spa. But it does affect the customers using the spa as we use the pool and hot tub facilities as well.
  I recommend going in the afternoon to perhaps avoid the swimming lessons.

  Lovely warm welcome, two of us had massages and these were amazing! The other had a facial and she loved that too. Jacuzzi was great afterwards. Both therapists were so friendly and helpful, fully recommend.

  Absolutely brilliant, relaxing and excellent! 👍👍👍 Me and my partner booked treatments at Pavo Spa as we were staying at the Great Danes hotel adjoined to the spa for a couple of nights.
  I had a 1 hour luxury pedicure and my partner had a 1 hour full body massage. Wonderful and very relaxing experience. Very professional lovely kind staff. Thank you so much. Highly recommended..! 😊
