  Had full afternoon tea at Cheshire Oaks yesterday. We queued for a few minutes only.
  It was excellent. Delightful service (after what must have been a very busy saturday). The food was the best we have had anywhere. Warm scones-- a first! Warm quiche- a first, and very fresh sandwiches with interesting fillings. The cakes /scones etc are always lovely. Good luck Omar!

  Was given a voucher for afternoon tea
  Turned up and compared to previous reviews with a little concern. Found the establishment to be very good and staff were attentive and very polite.
  Excellent afternoon well enjoyed by us both

  Having received a voucher for poor service experienced at the Met Quarter store Liverpool, have tried twice unsuccessfully to redeem the vouvher for Afternoon tea for two.
  First occasion arrived at 12.15pm back in October " Afternoon teas not available until after 2pm, but great news after 1st November 2017, Afternoon teas available anytime.
  Fast forward to today went into the Cheshire Oaks establishment at 2.15pm " sorry afternoon teas sold out" The waitress was helpful enough to advise to book in future and gave us the store telephone number. She also said we could pick anything on the menu up to the value of the voucher.
  Helpful, but not an afternoon tea.
  Maybe it will be a case of third time lucky?

  I went last year - loved the cakes, so light and delicious. Treating my family tomorrow again but a bit worried after all the negative ratings. Hopefully the staff are happier & had some customer service training !

  Contrary to another review I thought Omar was working hard and had good customer service. But for the second time coming here our cups were dirty. And most of the other staff look miserable.
