Awful surgery. My grandson has coughing and breathing problems which sometimes mean he ends up in hospital over night. He can't even get to see a gp. They are constantly fobbing him off to a nurse. Lazy lazy Gp's and service

After an exchange yesterday with staff that can only be described as rude on their part and frustrated on mine, I can only form the opinion that my dog is treated with greater care, respect, dignity and thought at the vets. Wrong medication prescribed. Requested medication ignored. Requests based on urgent need ignored. 6 days left without testing my blood (diabetic), 6 days left without anti-depressants (that's another story of neglect on their part) and almost 24 hours without my insulin due to so called 'Human error'. No apology. Messages not read by doctor. Tesco's seems to be the only one interested in my care. Maybe they need to open Tesco doctors!

Looking for a New Surgery as we speak, I can never get an appointment when I'm ill, how can you not be able to see a Dr for two weeks, do people know in advance when they are going to be sick, is that what I'm doing wrong? The "Patient Navigators" - receptionist to you and me - have no idea, don't listen and make you feel that your wasting there time, horrible experience.

The Doctor I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Most of the receptionists are friendly, but they seem very busy and some times stressed. My only improvement for this place would be signs. I didn't realise you were surposed to sign in on the PC in the corridor as you walk in before an apointment because there were no clear big signs or wasn't told by reception. Didn't know there was an online service until I went on the wesbite. Staff should definetely be promoting the online service as it would make their lives a lot easier. More people booking appointments online frees up the phones and queues. Other than that, it's a pretty decent Doctors compared to the majority.

Horrible experience. Doctor does not listen or think about problem in the slightest. Just says I am fine according to test and there is nothing more they can do and would I like some antidepressants. This is careless and thoughtless service. Not to mention the trouble I had registering there in the first place. If you have any choice in the matter go to a different surgery because this place is just careless.

The service would be better at Parkhurst!!
This place is AWFUL!! I'm a female non-medical doctor age 50. In the year I've been registered there I've been with a specific doctor who has called my parents to check my illness, taken advantage of me forcing an internal when I was heavily drugged, put me on and off different tablets, changed with no notice (suddenly stopped them only to be put on the same a month later when I had to convince them they were the only ones which worked (Tramadol)) - Dr completely unaware of cold turkey side affects, says there is no swelling from co-codamol etc. Incredibly naive = so unhelpful. Refuses further scans etc on still undiagnosed problem.
Practice Manager NEVER available. Sent complaint letter end March 2016, still no reply now July. An absolute useless slap-dash unhelpful surgery with a recommendation on ZERO!
