Many of you will know & remember us from Dowds Restaurant. After 10 successful years we took a year out to travel & enjoy some quality time together.
After recharging our batteries, we have returned to Glossop to open our Artisan Bakery & Coffee shop ‘Panaderia By Dowds’
‘Panadaria’ comes from Spain, where we found some of our inspiration for our next venture.
We have explored some amazing places & picked up a lot of ideas & ambition along the way. We would like to bring you fine hand crafted products from our experiences along with some of your favourites from Dowds…

At Panaderia we pride ourselves on producing a variety of artisan cakes, pastries, breads & more….
We have sourced award winning coffee, tea & hot chocolate to accompany the foods we offer…
As well as our selection of hot & Cold drinks, we offer a small selection of quality unique wines for a little more indulgence….
All of our products are baked & produced on the premises, bringing you fresh, seasonal & local quality produce to eat in or take away...
