  This supermarket has a real stock problem - very frequently the shelves are pretty bare. It's a pain to have to do the weekly shop twice in a week because they don't have 20% of what's on the list in stock... The other day I tried to get a trolley at 2030hrs (they close at 2200) and they'd all been locked away - I asked why and they said "staff shortages" My prediction is that this place will go bust soon.

  Avoid the cafe at all costs. The service is slow at best, the get it yourself cutlery system is pretty unhygienic with everyone rummaging round trying to find a clean set and I'd recommend taking something to read whilst you wait for your order to arrive. This is partly because it'll be a while before you get your food and partly as it will stop you noticing how grubby the place is, with uncollected plates and messy tables everywhere. Spend a lot less on much better food, with a free drink, quick service and pleasant surroundings by going to Wetherspoons.

  Decent supermarket with good parking. I bought 8 ribs of fire on my last visit. I have bought them numerous times before and enjoyed them. This time they seemed to be of poorer quality, but most importantly they were not warm enough to have safely killed any bacteria. They need to address quality standards on their hot food counter.

  It is a busy and convenient small supermarket however the ratio of cashiers to customers is always badly calculated. You need to be prepared to wait.

  Local supermarket of mefium sizw. Easy to get round, all basics available plus luxury items. Good bakery. Well priced with some good bargains. Lots of parking
