  Smart, well presented place. Friendly staff and good service. Rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable beds.

  Nice place, about 15 minutes from Swansea Bus Station (£10 with black taxi in the evening traffic). Bus Shelter available outside the hotel (with small walks).
  Very close to Lake Fendrod.
  Room is also good and clean.

  Great little hotel. We had just a standard room. Which was cosy. Lovely shower, clean, and great artwork. The bed was super comfy.
  Polite staff, very helpful and friendly, and very honest about where to eat without being pushy about the hotel restaurant.
  Would happily stay here again. Not the best location if you want the city centre, but for us, it was perfect, as we wanted the Liberty Stadium.

  Fairly large hotel. Staff friendly. Ideally located on the edge of Swansea for visiting South Wales (Gower, Black Mountains to name just 2) Hotel backs on to a lake, great for an evening stroll.

  Stayed several times at this hotel. Staff have always been excellent, polite, helpful and professional. Food excellent. Hotel has been recently refurbished and is looking very slick and updated. I would stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Swansea.

  For infirmation renovation is taking place. No atmosphere but it is what is is. A moderate hotel. Caters for bus groups as a group of young boys were in situ. Just had a pot of tea served by a pleasant chap. Conveniently located in the enterprise park with pleasant gardens.

  The staff here are fantastic. The hotel however is rather jaded and in desperate need of an update. Good base to walk to the liberty or short taxi ride .

  Very clean and welcoming venue. Attend a weekly social event, always a pleasure. Plenty of parking too.

  Great service, comfortable rooms. Only complaint would be the men's changing room if the gym area, which quite frankly stinks. Other than thst all good!
