I only use the word outstanding sparingly but this time Mercedes of Peterborough have gone above and beyond in fixing my troublesome AMG. The problem has taken them months to solve but their professionalism, courtesy, patience and determination to ensure I get good value has resulted in me buying not one but two cars from them as well as finally getting my AMG back on the road. You get what you pay for but you also get what you deserve - so by being pragmatic and patient with the excellent service team lead by Matt Clarke I have had a fantastic experience with them. I will be continuing to use this dealer and cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done guys.

Purchased a Mercedes E350 Coupe, in July, so far the vehicle has been back a number of times for electrical issues and radio, interior light, parking sensors, etc.
Today it’s the airbags warning lights on the dash, Robinson’s need the vehicle for 2 days. No courtesy car available for three weeks, and to top this off the car now needs a service after less than 2000miles.
Robinson’s only interested in selling you a car and not really bothered about dealing with the faults.
Staff are friendly but not really interested. As per a previous review mobile me adapter issued free by other dealerships, but not Robinson’s.
This is my fifth Mercedes from the group but I think will be my last.
Mercedes-Benz in Peterborough is the best place to buy your car from, not only did I walk away with my favourite car I walked away with a service I’ll remember.
I would like to thank Matt as he did everything he could to get me the car I wanted and especially for letting me take the car at an earlier date. Absolutely brilliant service by Matt and the whole team.

Dropped off car for DAB fault - staff very friendly and professional. Great service - no hesitation about booking for future services etc. Can only rate my experience as 10 out of 10.
Wasn't happy with salesman Mike! Wanted to partexchange my 2015 E-Class Convert. for 2016 CLS and wanted to testdrive it first, but that man said he don't want to waste his time on me because the CLS Im interested is 130miles away from Peterborough. I got my E-Class with very short testdrive and after 3-4 days realized it's to firm and to small for my family.Just wanted to find out if CLS is soft enough and there enough room in the back for my baby, without traveling 130 miles to get "maybe" dissapointed.
Don't understand Mike works for Mercedes or for private garage? I mean- if I would be happy with the car and I'd get one from Official Mercedes 130 miles away, I still would come here to service it!

Good showroom and staff are very friendly. However, I'm not very impressed that I was refused a test drive on a A45 as their insurance doesnt cover people under the age of 25 on the AMG range. This could be enough to stop me buying a Mercedes. Why should people in there 20s not be able to drive a certain car yet my 80 year old grandad could walk in and it'd be fine?
Ordered a spare key, which I was assured would not need coding, it didn't work.
When I rang and asked them to reorder as it was probably faulty I was told this was not possible & it was more likely a fault with my car & I would have to book in for a full diagnotic.
The diagnostic revealed that they had sent the wrong key.
This will result in over 4 x 40 mile journeys to Mercedes & my having to take more time off work.
After service is not cheap but the staff have been extremely helpful, courteous and attentive. So good in fact I bought a new car from them and the sales
team we're just as good. They've bent over backwards to keep me happy and I think their service has been every bit as good as Audi, BMW and Jaguar. Recommended
I purchased an E class from here and Ged Woolford, sales executive was very helpful, polite and informative. He was not pushy at all and made my wife and myself very comfortable. Would strongly recommend him and definitely go back to him when I want to buy my next car, I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Service dept don't ring back for at least 48hrs (if they ever do). Don't walk in looking like a muddy farmer or they'll think you've got no money. Not good. Bourne is better by far.
Probably the worst customer service I've ever received. The parts department have absolutely NO idea about parts. You'd think they'd invest some money into knowledgeable staff. ..
Had to write a review as a lot of negative reviews online, I nearly didn't go there. My experience was first class, all staff were friendly and polite and I was not pressured to buy. I was allowed to have a decent test drive of my chosen car, not just round the block as some dealers allow.
Had a 7 year old SLK serviced at Mercedes Peterborough. Fantastic experience. I was given a lift and collected from work as I forgot my licence. Speak to Dave in service - very professional and a really nice guy. Even better as my car is 7 years old it qualifies for the 7+ Value Service. Same parts and oil but at a fraction of the cost. "A" (minor) service £139.00! They even used a head cam and recorded a video underneath my car pointing out the condition of the exhaust, tyres and breaks.
