  Staff attitude at reception stinks! Never seen someone shrug their shoulders so many times. Issues or not, a fake smile will not do if you clearly don't care. Go work back of house if you don't fancy talking to customers!

  I went in for an airbag recall, that day i received an email of it on jacks.. bit mythed but as part of the recall was a health check. Without this check I wouldn’t have been aware of the standard a local garage had left my car in. Multiple missing under tray panels, screws loose, hooks left on brakes, brake pipes not clipped in. Absolutely mortified I actually can’t thank them enough. Sometimes the service and ‘add-ons’ are a good money making extra however just the health check alone made me appreciate the level and standard a manufacturer goes to. Thank you.

  Excellent service. Great communication. Courtesy car was great so much so we are test driving one on Sat!! Received excellent advice on my own car maintenance which I was really happy with. Thanks to Dave had such a good all round experience. Really professional outfit, well impressed!

  I dropped off my car in the morning for a service & MOT, got a message to say it was finished during the day, and the work was completed quickly. The quick service was impressive because it was performed to the highest standards.
