    Popped in to pick up an air filter for my Subaru which unfortunately they had sold out that morning. Spoke with MTC the Friday before and they had the part in stock, it's ashame the guy could not suggest posting it to me as I could have payed for it while I was there, instead it's a waste of my effort, energy,time and fuel driving the 15 miles to get there. He was more than courteous I just wish people working in customer based jobs could think on their feet a little more. Trying to give my custom to shops and stores more as I believe the internet is killing off small to medium businesses, however i just keep getting obstacles put in front of me ! 😔

    Dealt with these gentlemen, who took excellent car of my 1993 Subaru WRX, Japanese import. Will be back for repeat service and can't express enough how professional these guys were. Daniel, the advisor/manager was sending consistent updates and even pictures to an email I provided. Very courteous and respectful. Thank you very much, guys!

    I approached MTC earlier in the year with interest in the BRZ. I was greeted with a coffee and friendly reception as always by Mark, Steve and the team. Within a couple of hours i'd fallen in love with the BRZ auto and decided it would be a good second car option. Steve made the whole process stress free, sorting the finance very quickly and getting everything in place for the collection day. A few months later i've done 10k miles and just collected the car from MTC after its first service. As always i was made very welcome and reminded of the reason i keep coming back to this dealership. Thanks guys, its a shame more companies don't offer the same level of customer service.

    To anyone in Cambridgeshire, I strongly advise against taking your vehicle to MTC Subaru in Whittlesey. My car got called in for a recall with the lower arms, but the garage has chewed corners on bolts, slipped with tools and scraped my under seal paintwork and even split the boots on my stabiliser linkages!!! I tried complaining but they deny all responsibility. The only reason I had to take my car to them was because of a recall, as I normally fit all parts myself, knowing that everything is correct instead of having to rely on a stranger that could bodge it all and the safety of me or anyone else travelling in my vehicle.

    Outrageous service! I won't be using them ever again.

    Steve and the team are excellent. I brought a brand new 2016 WRX STI in March and I've since been back twice. Once for an oil change and the second for a performance exhaust upgrade. The after sale service Steve and the team give is excellent and they always go the extra mile for you. Always a warm welcome and fresh coffee offered on arrival. 5 stars for great people, service and care towards their customers.

    We bought a Mercedes from them and although we had a few faults with the car Steve took very good care of us and quickly put the issues right with no quibbles. When you buy a car all you can ask for is to be taken care of if anything goes wrong and MT motors certainly did that. I'll be making sure I get my services done with them in the future.

    My experience of MT Cars was second to none!! We was made to feel very welcomed and special right from the start, nothing was too much trouble for the boys here!
    We purchased a new Subaru from them, we have purchased several new cars over the years but this was by far the best experience ever.
    My partner and I are very happy with our new car and would like to say a huge thank you to Mark and his team for a perfect transaction and for making my partner feel special! Oh and Mark, the flowers were a lovely touch, Thank you! :o)
