  Absolutely disgusting service, receptions are like body guards who think they have a doctorate degree. The way they speak to you is very degrading. Constantly asking you for your symptoms when you don't need to tell a receptionists which is why your calling to see a dr in the first place. Very stuck on practice policy's and protocols which isn't always helpful doesn't seem to be any leniency to try and help you, seems there so struck on policy's that they have forgotten all patient care and respect. Utterly disgusted.

  Staff very good also never really had a problem getting through on the phone. We have used the online service and find this very easy to use.

  I very rarely go the doctors it has to be a major worry for me to call them. But if I could show you how many times I have tried to get threw is shocking 32 times I have rang to get an appointment today and when I finally get through...... my god the attitude absolutely shocking. Also asking me what's wrong with me well surely that's for me to talk to the doctor about not a nosy receptionist. But I thought maybe they need to know so to see how urgent you need to see the doctor like a triage...... no got told to go the A&E/walk-in centre.....

  Was turned away from my first appointment because I did not have ID, however I was not told to bring ID. I informed the receptionist that nobody asked me to bring ID and she said I was told over the phone when I most certainly was not. Very worrying that the staff here are willing to tell lies about conversations they have had with patients and will inconvenience you when they have made the mistake. I also waited one and half hours to get through to this surgery on the telephone as it was either engaged or just rang out. Quite outdated when most surgeries have a automated telephone system whereby your call goes into a queue. Having to keep calling every few minutes was very frustrating.
  Also, the receptionist who wasn't very helpful anyway then turned very frosty when I asked for a complaint form, not very professional in my opinion.

  Can not get a appointment even in an emergency. Doctors will not ring you back if you ask . Receptionist are terrible. If you phone up you have to go through your illness/symptoms with the receptionist who thinks they are a Dr. When you do get an appointment it's never kept , usually running late by about 40 minutes. But if you turn up just a minute late for your appointment you can't go an see the doctor and have to rebook.
  While talking to the receptionist they continually speak over you an interrupt you. Sorry I joined this surgery and am currently in the proses of moving to another Drs.

  Don't answer the phones .... Not helpful at all 😭 New/Training Drs are useless! They send you home 5 visits before they take your problem seriously. They also missed a life threatening illness I have for a whole year! Blaming symptoms on medication. Need to get new staff or seed out the bad ones.

  My boyfriend has worked all his life and came home last night feeling very unwell he had pneumonia last year rang his drs to ask could he see the Dr as he was feeling very poorly to be told to go to the walk in centre the receptionist's all need a personality check should not be in there job not careing people at all should not be in there profession prison wardens springs to mind an absolute disgrace
