  Resolved my irritating issue of files that would not display.
  Every time Outlook opened I'd have to individually open the file list.
  Alex sorted out the set-up issue in a couple of minutes even though he was busy dispatching orders.

  Alex is exceptional - incredibly knowledgeable and skilful at sorting out all my computer-related problems: installation, major fixes, minor fixes, new products, absolutely anything.   Alex is my knight in shining armour. He fixes all the bugs on my computer remotely and is also happy to make house calls. My techie knowledge is at sub par levels, but he is always patient and efficient. I trust him completely and highly recommend his services
