  Had a very good service from Listers Honda at Northampton, from the time I booked, my car in for the winter check, I had several texts messages & E-Mails, reminding me of my service, also giving me other options to have. This is my 3rd Honda Jazz from Honda, and the service I get from all the Staff from reception, to all the Sales team, then the Service team. I would recommend this Honda garage.

  Great bunch of people at this dealership. Have experienced their fantastic customer care for over 7 years now, where we have bought, had serviced and repairs done to our Honda cars. We took delivery of our latest purchase last Saturday 4th November and would like to give a special thanks to Ted Gray, who dealt with everything from order to delivery so smoothly and efficiently for us.   Listers rang me a month or so ago to remind me that my Civic's annual service was due in October and did I want to book it in. Listers also offered to collect the car from home and return it to me when the job was done. The car was collected first thing in the morning and returned later that day looking nice and clean and fully serviced.
  I am always impressed how helpful and polite all the staff are at Listers Honda Northampton plus the servicing costs have been very reasonable to date.

  Very Pleasant Experience throughout, Paul the salesman put me quickly at ease and Adam crossed all the "T's" and dotted all the "I's".

  we visited the Riverside Northampton site to look at cars available new and used, we were greeted warmly at reception and then introduced to Paul who was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable, patiently answering our many questions. After a test drive he gave us all the options available to purchase a car and enough time to make an informed decision. we liked the car and service so far and all other staff involved in were just as helpful and knowledgeable as Paul. We felt really well looked after and have all faith that future contact re servicing etc will be just as good .We would recommend Listers at Riverside to anyone considering purchasing a car.

  I visited Honda with a view to changing my car. I explained what I wanted and was given options that fitted my requirements. I did not make a decision immediately but explored all the options fully. Listers Garage were very accommodating, there was no hard sell and I was given as much time as I wanted to ask questions. My choice was a Honda Jazz which lived up to my expectations and the specifications stated by the manufacturer. I am very pleased with my Honda and would like to give my special thanks to Paul at Listers Garage, Riverside, Northampton for his time and patience.

  Very unprofessional. Communication useless, didn't call me when the work was complete this was done by the courtesy car company. Very unhelpful.
