  I've moved house many times over the last few years and this has been the most unsatisfactory company I've ever used.
  
  After completion of the move and unpacking I noticed a number of pieces of furniture which had significant scratches, damage and broken pieces. They broke a number of expensive pieces of furniture. In total there was 7 pieces of furniture damaged including shelving units, desks, steamers, and a shoe cabinet. It's pretty clear that they did not wrap any pieces despite saying they would when quoting the job, and put little to no thought, care and respect into moving and storing my belongings.
  
  After filing a claim for only the most important pieces to me, I was told my claim was rejected because I hadn't declared those piece of furniture in advance of the move. The company does not provide you any form to do this or notice - it's hidden in the terms and conditions. All they provided was £80 compensation, which will cover perhaps 5% of the total cost of replacement.
  
  A very poor standard of operating a business and I strongly recommend against using this moving service.

  Brilliant removal company, would thoroughly recommend! Michael and his team were so pleasant to deal with and went out of their way to be helpful. They took really good care of all our belongings.
