  For start to finish was an incredible experience. I booked the hydra facial. When I arrived I was offered a drink I asked for a coffee that came on the cutest mirrored glass with a hot towel biscuit and the coffee was perfect. I was then taken upstairs with Rachel for a consultation had a discussion about my skin and then I was taken to the face scanner to look deeper into my skin and what’s and what’s beneath it. This I must say was mind blowing I was advised to use a good spf. Lots of oil sitting in my skin from the products I had been using. Rachel explained step by step what was going to happen during the treatment to allow me to enjoy the experience in peace. I felt so relaxed the room was beautiful and the bed was lovely and warm. Towards the end I was left under the infrared machine for 15 minutes. After the treatment I was asked how was it. I was speechless, relaxed my skin felt brand new. Rachel had also extracted milia spots that had been sat on my skin for 3 months. I was then left to relax and was presented with a ginger water and raspberry sorbet wow what a great end to a lovely experience. Will be booking once a month. Highly recommend thank you so much. Xx

  Brilliant service. All of the team are so accommodating, from the moment you walk in being offered refreshments in the very stylish and modern waiting area to to the service of the nurses and skin care specialists. The clinic is so clean and very well maintained. I have been coming here over a year now and am never disappointed. The team are very knowledgeable and professional and take every care to make sure they carry out their services safely and to the highest of standards. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back many more times!!

  Khatra and her team are amazing !! From
  the moment I walked into the clinic, the ambiance was so relaxed, with sophisticated decor. The welcome was professional and attentive. The treatment was well explained. All my questions were fully answered with consideration and care. I felt so at ease and fully trusted the consultant. The outcome of my tweakment is Sublime, true to my natural features. I would absolutely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!!!

  Fantastic place, lovely atmosphere and the most sincere staff. I have recently had dermal fillers, and couldn’t be happier with the results. Khatra, especially takes her time to explain everything that the procedure involves, made sure I was comfortable and happy during the procedure- and even personally checked in with me a few days later. If you’re a little uneasy but want to know more about what KP has to offer, book in for a consultation, as you won’t find a nicer place. Would 100% recommend.

  Khatra and her team are first class and it shows from the moment you walk through the door. I've been a client of Khatra's for a number of years and I always feel in safe hands. She's extremely knowledgeable and her standards are of the highest quality. All the girls there are super friendly and to top it off the clinic is absolutely beautiful!
