    Update to my last review I have e-mailed the manger about the appalling e-mail sent to me after giving an honest review, since then I have visited the Medical practice today and I asked to speak to the Manager as I have had no response as yet (over a month) and was told by the lady on the front desk she wasn't available my daughter asked if the other lady was the Manager behinde the desk she replied she was asked the Manager of Kingshurst Practice why she hasn't responded to my e-mail and letter and said she would call later today still waiting .I have no other choice but to take this futher as its clear the Manager that runs the practice is not interested in any complaints and there has been a few.My daughter had to get an appointment for a referral to the hospital for her child asked at the desk if there was any appointments as were finding it very difficult to book one the lady at the desk said you have to phone up she couldn't give us one why we were right in front of her asking so we had to phone facing the lady behinde the desk in the medical practice for an appointment the practice is a waste of time staff do not have a professional approach.

    Every time you ask for an appointment they say there isn't any went to walk in centre told to go to back to my Drs also they book you in with the pharmacy not a Dr when you ask to see the Dr they say there are no appointments even thoe you have phoned up at 8am impossible don't bother joining this medical partice you will never get an appointment and told to go walk in centre on the advise of the receptionist also closed before they are sopposed to and apprantley been told you can't have a call back off the Dr I'm still waiting to have a ECG on the advise of the walk in center but told by the receptionist nothing available again changing Drs and will have to explain !

    Can never get to see a doctor, yet they are advertising for more patients.
    I have been a patient for most of my life because my mom, grandparents and great grandparents are patients (or were).
    The problem is that local surgeries will not allow you to transfer so stuck with a poor quality service

    My current experience of Kingshurst medical practice is very poor.

    I have rang in excess of 100 times today (in vain) trying to get an appointment with the GP and since Monday inumerable times.

    I am continually told they have no appointments and to ring back at 15:00pm or 8:00am for emergency ones.

    At 14:57 I begin ringing continuously only to be met with the engaged tone and eventually give up at 15:19.

    I will again try in the morning at 8:00am.

    I really think this needs to be looked at as a priority, as this current system does not work for patients.

    Absolute waste of time trying to get in here. Been calling for weeks only to be told theres no appointments call back in the morning, i call back at 8am and on hold for over an hour when they did answer no appointments left. Finally managed to get one today which i was running a little late for due to transportation so they told me i have to come another time. Pathetic and the reception staff are so rude its unbelievable im actually fuming.
