Flank wall was repointed in Paddock wood, tiles on gable edge were lifted and cleaned ready for roof under cloaks for tiles to be re-bedded back on to roof to make water tight!

New partition wall built and plastered to make one room in to two, radiator was moved from centre of room and another radiator fixed either side of the new wall. A additional light and switch was also fixed.

New shower room. Complete job including taking old bathroom away then the relocation of water pipes and waste, new electrical work including spotlights and radiator, shower enclosure and floor completely tiled the room was completely plastered a and redecorated. The shower and furniture suite was then fitted.
