Description

Hi and welcome to my page. My name is Kate and I am a Medium, Clairvoyant/Psychic. I am also a musician and alongside my work as a Medium I also teach piano and clarinet.
I live in Buckfastleigh, just off the A38 having moved from Paignton last year. I'm originally from a small town in West-Yorkshire called Todmorden which is one of the gateway towns to the Pennines. I live with 2 of my children my older son lives and works in Paignton whilst attending University in Plymouth where he is studying Psychology.
I began developing as a Medium in my mid twenties in both private circles and local spiritualist churches and earned a good reputation as a genuine and respected Medium & Clairvoyant. I have also worked as a musician throughout my adult life both on a professional level and as a teacher having spent my childhood studying both clarinet and piano to diploma level.

I worked for many years throughout the north of England giving demonstrations of Mediumship and Clairvoyance in local theatres and hotels and have also given demonstrations of Mediumship at psychic fayres and places like the Royal Exchange and the Trafford Centre in Manchester.
I have worked both here and abroad giving guidance to many people. I am a relative newcomer here on the internet but so far I am thoroughly enjoying reaching out to people all over the globe.
I am most comfortable giving personal, one to one readings involving Mediumship and Clairvoyance, either from my own home or visiting clients in their homes.
I also always enjoy doing party bookings as I get to meet wonderful people and visit some great places all over the South-West.
I am also available to investigate psychic phenomena and help with spirit rescue.

Many apologies for not responding to messages recently. Having moved house I ended up in hopsital which is where I have been until yesterday. I am on the road to recovery but not well enough just yet to jump back into life. Hopefully soon xxx

Hi, I am in the process of moving house and apologise if I have not been able to respond to messages. As soon as my house move is finished and my internet up and running properly will be in touch. Thank you

If you put off responding to Spirit until some future time─when you have enough money, or enough time, or enough sleep─then your contract with Spirit is likely to fall short of your wishes or expectations.

While Western science holds that the cosmos is made up of energy and matter, to indigenous peoples, it is a living, intelligent field they know as Spirit.

    Lakota Prayer

Great Mystery, teach me how to trust my heart, my mind, ... my intuition, my inner knowing, the senses of my body, the blessings of my spirit. Teach me to trust these things so that I may enter my Sacred Space and love beyond my fear, and thus Walk in Balance with the passing of each glorious Sun.

    Native American Wisdom

Like many of the teachings that come from indigenous culture, the 10 virtues below are intended as a roadmap for living a more balanced and connected life. The beauty of these ancient pillars of existence is that they always remain relevant, regardless of how evolved or learned we think we've become.

    10 Ancestral Teachings

    ...

    1) The Earth is our Mother, care for her. 2) Honor your ancestors through your actions. 3) Open your heart and soul to the Great Spirit. 4) All life is sacred; treat all beings with respect. 5) Take from the Earth what is needed and nothing more. 6) Put the good of all before your own interests. 7) Give constant thanks for each new day. 8) Speak the truth; but only of good in others. 9) Follow the rhythms of nature; rise and retire with the sun. 10) Enjoy life's journey, but leave no tracks.

If we all took these simple concepts on board the world WOULD definitely be a much better place to live in......

Without the light of the sun, life on Earth would not exist. Our ancestors were closely connected to this simple truth on a daily basis, but we modern humans often forget to notice the larger cosmic dance that makes each breath we take possible. Maybe it’s time for us to remember.

The Choctaw sun prayer below honors the sun for all that it is. Enjoy!

    Sun Tracks

    ...

The track of the sun across the sky leaves its shining message, Illuminating, Strengthening, Warming us who are here, Showing us we are not alone, we are yet ALIVE! And this fire… Our fire… Shall not die.

A beautiful, short Ayurvedic prayer that is a reminder of the beauty and wonders of the world. Its few short lines speak to our most basic, human concerns. It manifests joy, love, and peace. And most important—it reminds us to express thanks and ... gratitude. After all, no matter our circumstances, there is always something to be grateful for.

Take a few deep breaths and recite the following:

Dear Great Spirit, You are inside of me, within my very breath, within each bird, each mighty mountain. Your sweet touch reaches everything and I am well protected. Thank you for this beautiful day before me. May joy, love, peace and compassion be part of my life and all those around me on this day. I am healing and I am healed.

    Bodhisattva Prayer for Humanity

“May I be a guard for those who need protection A guide for those on the path A boat, a raft, a bridge for those who wish to cross the flood... May I be a lamp in the darkness A resting place for the weary A healing medicine for all who are sick A vase of plenty, a tree of miracles And for the boundless multitudes of living beings May I bring sustenance and awakening Enduring like the earth and sky Until all beings are freed from sorrow And all are awakened.”

This was written by Shantideva, a Buddhist monk of the Mahayana tradition that lived around 700 AD. He was a devoted practitioner who authored the Bodhicaryavatara or Bodhisattva Way of Life.

It is said that His Holiness the Dalai Lama considers this text to be THE source for developing altruism in your character and the “Spirit of Awakening.” It is also said that His Holiness the Dalai Lama recites this prayer every morning as part of his waking rituals.

What speaks loudly in this prayer is that we are all here together. The call to serve is special. We are alive thanks to our ancestors and by helping the people, plants, animals, and life in our environment, we show appreciation for existing in this world. Gratitude is powerful!

“It's about time you admitted that you are a miraculous work of art. You came into this world as a radiant bundle of exuberant riddles. You slipped into this dimension as a shimmering burst of spiral hallelujahs. You blasted into this realm as a lush explosion of ecstatic gratitude. And it is your birthright to fulfill those promises.”

According to certain tribes, the Sacred Space is the space between exhalation and inhalation. To Walk in Balance is to have Heaven (spirituality) and Earth (physicality) in Harmony.

At the core of this timeless wisdom is the word "trust". When did we stop trusting ourselves? When did we start giving that trust, that power, away?

In many ways the spirit path is a process of reestablishing that trust with the infinite that resides within us, just waiting to be activated.

Wishing you a day of balance and harmony,
