  Popped in today looking for a bulb as I didn't have a clue as modern bulbs are a minefield with such choice, asked a nice lady who instantly checked on the computer then showed me were they were and guided me through the different types and got the ones I needed, she couldn't of been more helpful and friendly.

  Called into store today for Autumn Lawn feed. Website showed 16 bags available. Couldn't find on shelf. Approached a male member of staff for assistance but he clearly couldn't be arsed to help resolve. Looks like it'll be Berwick Garden Centre from now on!

  Has got much wider range than used to be but sacrifices floor space in doing so. Good place to get a feel for what you are looking for but realistically price can easily be beaten by shopping online.

  Knowledgeable staff and certain items well priced. However the website and stock availability are embarrassing for a national chain.

  Called in yesterday for a tin of primer and undercoat combined. I wanted homebase own as £6 cheaper than Dulux but none on the shelf. Staff couldn't have been more helpful in finding me one. Excellent service.

  Friendly and helpful staff, fair pricing and good selection of goods. Mandy, Sue and Rian in the showroom are extremely helpful.
