Welcome to my service offering Western herbal medicine, nutritional therapy and aromatherapy massage treatments.

I practise from three clinics: The Enfield Chase clinic, EN2; The Healthy Living Centre, in Islington N1 and at Restore Therapy in Harpenden. I also teach various nutrition and herbal courses at two central London colleges.

I have over 17 years experience working as a Medical Herbalist and Massage therapist In addition to on-going professional development training in Herbalism, I have taken a strong interest in Nutrition and now also work as a Nutritional Therapist.

I completed a four year BSc (Hons) Herbal Medicine at Middlesex University in 2000. I have been trained in the same diagnostic skills as orthodox doctors, but I take a holistic approach to illness.

As a member of the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy, I am fully insured and bound by a strict code of ethics.
