    Beyond Abysmal.
Hilltops is already ranked '7th Worst MK Surgery' by the MK Citizen and my oh my it doesn't disappoint!
I feel sick at the thought of having anything to do with them. They are just plain useless!!! There is never any communication; I am still waiting for a referral from August!
I generally find them rude. Long waits, very vague information. Even small things like a repeat prescription involves a lot of Hoop-Jumping.
You are likely to DIE waiting for Hilltops to pull their fingers out and help you in any way.

DR HOPESON ALIFOE is by far the worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. The i don't care attitude, lazyness, lack of professionalism, lack of even trying to portend she is a paid doctor that became a doctor to care for people. She was rude, incompetent and outright cold. This clinic staff was ok, but this doctor should be terminated immediately or go study again on how to be a doctor and what the job is about. 1 star is too good for this and if i could it would be 5 minus stars. Totally waisted my time. Never going to her again. Be warned if you are looking for a doctor to help you get better.. try look else where.

Absolute incompetence. Saw Dr. Kylan Stray. She was rude at the very least and incompetent at her very best. Completely ignored the fact that I told her I had an inherited condition. Then told me I had to take a prescription that could have killed me as she forgot I had an inherited condition and then apologised that I was upset that she had left me a prescription. No I was upset at the incompetence not at being left a prescription. Avoid like the plague!

Recently joined the surgery. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Seen a few of the GPs and nurses now and all were kind and efficient. I haven't had any problems booking same day appointments.

I've only recently joined and only been seen once, however the reception staff have been lovely and the doctor listened and was helpful when I saw him.

I think many people put the negative 👎 comments and not the positive . There are a few doctors that have covered the regular doctors which haven't been to scratch however there has been some fantastic doctors there too! Reception staff are very accommodating and overall there are some very good doctors there too!

Love the Internet where you can go on line and book your appointment or call and get a telephone ☎️ consultation. We should appreciate and treasure the GPs hard work and dedication in this climate where they have long tiring hours!

Really bad service, never get prescriptions on time. Don't go here.

This was my GP for almost 10 years and it wasn't so bad when I was younger but when I visited, mostly in the past two years (I've moved to a different GP now), the doctors didn't care at all and misdiagnosed me several times! Receptionist staff were very kind in reality when you were face-to-face but very flippant on the phone. I was made a promise that regardless of me moving house, I could continue my treatment of a certain ailment there - went back on their promise barely 2 days after moving. 2 stars because they were good when I was younger but I'm sad to say that service has really let it down in the past few years.

Poor beyond belief, the practice needs to understand that every patient is different with different needs therefore needs to accommodate appropriately. The first point of call falls to the receptionists; rude, unwilling to help and unprofessional. Avoid with your life!

Absolutely impossible to get an appointment when you need one. The number listed for the surgery on their own website comes up as not in service and you need to remember some magical username and password to book online. Of course if you've not been ill in the last few months or years you may not know what this is and so you can't get an appointment that way either.

So basically don't be ill. How are they at their job? Who knows? I can't get to see them let alone treated....

Hilltops Medical Centre is under great pressure to serve our community and as a result waiting times for appointments can often exceed a month to six weeks. I use their on-line booking service mostly which is great if you want a repeat prescription but not so great when trying to arrange an appointment.

One of the main reasons I dislike my surgery is the fact that I never see the same doctor twice and having complex health issues I find it extremely irritating to constantly explain my condition to each new doctor that I meet. Recently I have had Cancer and the doctor who I saw last told me that he doesn't read the letters sent to him from my specialists in Oxford unless he is told to do so by his secretary. Consequently my health is being put at risk and additional tests are not being followed up.

To add to these frustrations parking outside the surgery is less than adequate which is shared with a pub and a primary school. Appointments scheduled for 3:30 - 4:00 pm are the worst where you can expect young mums to be hogging all the parking spaces in their MPV's to collect just one child. Later in the afternoon can also be problematic when the local Kebab van arrives and promptly takes up several more spaces. This is a doctors surgery car park, not a fast food outlet!
