  80 minutes late for my sons appointment.Just unacceptable.Staff were very apologetic but we only got seen when we complained,otherwise nobody seems bothered by the waiting times.

  Can never get an appointment. I was refused appointments on 4 separate days by reception after finding a lump in my breast...already had a tumour removed and 6 weeks of radiotherapy. Took me a week to see a doctor, a locum, who was brilliant and was appalled the length of time I had to wait
  Old Dr Nankani nearly lost me my leg through not taking notice...had to have an emergency op. And Dr K Davies once put his hand in my face and said "I've told you I don't want to talk about it. You're not having any" When I asked him for some more painkillers that the hospital prescribed for me for a very SERIOUS back complaint. Awful doctors. A complaint was lodged with my local MP.
  Though to be fair the new ones seem better.

  i have a lot of dealings with this surgery due to health issues and, to be fair, those people on here bad-mouthing the ladies on reception ought to try doing what they do all day, to see how lovely and positive they feel like being. I don't think people realise quite how lucky they are to be living in a society where free health care is the rule. I'm sure the ladies on reception are just like everyone else, and can sense when they are being treated with respect, responding in kind. I for one am glad they are there to help my visits to the doctor happen. Oh, and i agree with that person below who found the young Dr. Nankani to be a very good doctor. I thought she was great, as is the other young lady doctor who is working there now.
  And just to say - i refuse to believe that ANY of the doctors would have sworn in front of a patient even once, let alone several times. Did you go to have your ears cleaned out, i wonder..?

  Excellent surgery always polite and happy to help receptionist are sensitive to the problems and discuss options with you before seeing a doctor if needed theclady doctor nankani was also great but unfortunately was only there for a short time

  ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SURGERY
  
  The receptionists are useless , they spend more time gossiping and drinking coffee
  They also have this horrible dragon of a woman who is always sat on her arse being really rude to patients
  The doctor swore in front of me a few times ,
  They have lost my prescriptions several times
