Over my 40+ years in business I have had dealings with many accountancy firms, small and large. None has been as approachable and efficient as Helen Lowe accountants. Their fees are very reasonable and I receive prompt and personal attention whenever I require their services. I couldn't ask for more and have no plan to move elsewhere any time soon.

Despite having all the information he requested, John failed to file my company's accounts on time with HMRC. Strangely, he did file with Companies House, he just didn't finish the job.
HMRC is now chasing me for payment of fines, which John has promised to pay but thus far hasn't.
Neither John or Lauren reply to phone messages or emails. I get the impression they're too busy these days to care, so I'd avoid this company.
